changes to config-developer.yml file for new experiment data from a project #2570

This is a request to make necessary changes to the config-developer file to allow users on CEDA-JASMIN to be able to read data from the TerraFIRMA project. This is CMOR-ized data and users would like to use the esmvaltool module on JASMIN with this data.

Example of data directory:

/gws/nopw/j04/terrafirma/overshoot/ZE-Up-2p0/r1i1p1f1/ap6/day/pr/

example of file: pr_day_eUKESM1-1-ice-N96ORCA1_ZEUp-2p0_r1i1p1f1_gn_19440101-19491230.nc
