Sister PR to ESMValCore's https://github.com/ESMValGroup/ESMValCore/pull/2260 - because I was a lazy bum and didn't bother reading the Shields' docs to figure out one can simply create these shields by throwing keywords at the HTML link, like so here: "Install_with" sits in the black bit to the left, "Anaconda" sits in the blue bit at the right, and "blue" is the colour: essentially hyphens separate sections, and add colours, underscores are spaces.
