Increase the memory required to run the ensclus recipe via the RTW at the MO #3461

When running the RTW at the MO, the ensclus recipe consistently has the following message in the job.err file:

slurmstepd: error: Exceeded step memory limit at some point.

Increase the memory required to run this recipe via the RTW at the MO.

This is now running. ensclus resource has been updated by PRs in the interim, most recently by #3562.
