Update OceanSODA-ETHZ CMORizer with new source file

Description

• Closes #3533

The data source for the OceanSODA-ETHZ dataset has been updated. This PR replaces the old source file OceanSODA-ETHZ_GRaCER_v2021a_1982-2020.nc with the new source file OceanSODA_ETHZ-v2023.OCADS.01_1982-2022.nc.

NOTE: The README file for OceanSODA-ETHZ states that two parameters have been changed for the data processing between v2021 and v2023, hence the updated dataset is probably not backwards compatible with the older version (see https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/data/oceans/ncei/ocads/data/0220059/README_v2023.pdf for details).
