Currently the recipe_testworkflow recipe resources are arranged in groups. This makes changes to process or compare tasks quite cumbersome. CMEW takes a more transparent approach of defining resources separately for each. Following this approach will allow us to have a single `processandcompare_definition inflow.cylc`.
