Remove datasets with deviating levels.

Thanks @stefsmeets! Following discussion in https://github.com/ESMValGroup/ESMValCore/issues/956 and with the new feature proposed in https://github.com/ESMValGroup/ESMValCore/pull/1177 this will probably not be needed anymore.
