Small fixes to an entry #13

I fixed two things in the code lines for Lorebook [7597].

1.) The "cn" and "n" tag entries were interchanged. I corrected that.

2.) The lorebook is inside the "Quires Wind" Delve, but is not showing on the Zone-Map. I added the coordinates and fake-pin, so that it should show up now on the Zone-Map.

(Since I am new tho GitHub, I do hope everything is correct.)

I just noticed that lorebook [7418] was only showing up on the Necrom City-Map, but not on the Zone-Map. Therefore I added the "zm" to the two fake pins.

Sorry for the late response. I am quite busy in RL atm.

Since I am new, sorry for asking, but what do you mean with "clarify the changes"? If you mean that I should check them and see if they are working, I will try to do that as soon as I will find some time :) .
