Update Lorebooks #2

@kyoma I am trying to update Lorebooks and I only have the Eidetic Memory portion working. I was wondering if I can get help understanding how to enable the mail feature. If that's a pin then something else to help users collect books.

@Juijote the Chinese translation is added to this version. I don't know when it will be available on EOSUI. However, thank you for your work.
