ENG - EL not translated text #101

In several places of the ESPD service web pages there is text which has not been translated into Greek (EL):

1) In the start page's welcome section: a) "For more information on ESPD, please" b) "If you are interested in the answers to the most frequently asked questions about the ESPD, please have a look at the FAQ leaflet"

2) In the start page's radio button section, following text has not been translated: a) the info/hover text regarding the merging of ESPD, in the case of economic operator b) the radio button label "Create response" and the respective info/hover text, in the case of economic operator c) "Where is your authority located?", in case of contract authority d) "Where is your business located?", in case of economic operator e) "Choose File" button label, in all cases f) "No file chosen" in all cases of file uploads

Only "For more information on ESPD, please... " seems to have not been translated.
