Use PDF/XML combo for storing the XML #113

One issue that creates a problem for users of the ESPD service is the usage of a "pure" XML. When they save the XML the browser asks them what they want to do with it and often the users "open" it. For example we just received a mail with a screenshot of the XML saying "there are only cryptic characters". An idea would be to use the possibility to store the XML directly in the PDF. Users would be likely be very happy with this solution of course there are drawbacks with this as well. Could we have a discussion on this?

Dissusion showed that this might lead to interoperability issues and need to be carefully addressed. A possible solution would be to use a zip contrainer with the XML and PDF that can be handled easily by applications
