If you have national legislation not regulated under the EU and that these should be part of the exclusion process. Would it then be possible to provide each of these “Pure national grounds” with a “YES/NO” tick box instead of now where all are collected under the same “YES/NO”-tick box. It could might as well be that the CA would be able to accept one or more of these violations if it was not applicable?
Version 2 of the EDM provides a tick box for each national exclusion ground. As this is part of the self-contained ESPD and is not part of our ESPD service, I will close this issue
