Improve reporting

• Add not_home state reporting to device so that it can be used in HA for automations
• Add sensor status tracking and sensor status display in the plot
• Add ability to select device color
• Removed reporting of last sensor radius as of it made too much noise

As of now the rooms plan looks like this

To define a color for device entry should look like

• id: iBeacon:XXX name: YYY color_code: 'navy' timeout: 10 away_timeout: 60

In subsequent changes I'm planning to use timeout and away timeout for not_home reporting of devices.
