extending mathJax feature for other versions

Possible places to refactor:

• contentscript needs all the same highlighter functions as inject script.
  • initializeMathJax2, initializeWikimedia, and initializeMathJax3 are quite similar. Not sure about potential for refactoring though because differing parts are not passed as parameters.
