[SPRINT 0]: HOW IT WORKS #12

  1. We will break down the whole project into Stories - product backlog.
  2. Each sprint will take 1 week (starting after 1/2 of the payment for the sprint is on our account).
  3. We will divide project into 8 sprints (2 months), but will leave last 2 weeks for additional things that won't interrupt the launch.
  4. The process of our work will be presented here https://waffle.io/ESova/Concept, where we will:
  5. create a product backlog (Stories)
  6. plan what will be in each sprint
  7. when we officially start - we will put stories for each print on TODOs, then when payment arrives (1/2 for the previous sprint and 1/2 for the new sprint), we lock the sprint and get back to you in 1 week.
  8. after each sprint we will review and test work together, prepare todos for next sprint and when we agree, we just wait for the payment for previous and new sprint and repeat.
  9. Payment
  10. We have 8 sprints, so each sprint is going to cost 14.000 / 8 = 1.750€
