Describe the bug Download link binary packages is broken

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior, e.g.:

  1. Go to https://etclabs.github.io/RDMnet/
  2. Click on the broken image right to 'Stable'

The JFrog Bintray service has been sunset, and we are working on migrating to GitHub releases.

As a temporary workaround, you can download the binaries for version 0.3.0 here: https://github.com/ETCLabs/RDMnet/releases/tag/v0.3.0

Expect this to be fixed within the next few weeks.

As of build 0.4.0.2, the binary packages are now hosted on the releases page for this project. This change has been noted in the README and the docs.
