Hardware: incorrect connection of W25Q256JW CS line #3

W25Q256JW user manual specifies that "The /CS input must track the VCC supply level at power-up and power-down" (Page 10, section 4.1).
This issue can be solved by adding a pull-up resistor to the CS line
It is not sufficient to set the CS pin of the NRF53 pin to pull-up, as all pins are high-impedance during powerup
