No scroll down bar on "View All Offers" tab #41

While using a laptop there is not a right hand scroll down bar on "View All Offers" tab. The other tabs do have a scroll bar. On an Android phone the "View All Offers" does work as the whole page will slide up and down with a finger swipe.
