Obtaining Files from DLC #6

Does deeplabcut output a file similar to the example file "FSTLables_Oliver.csv", or do you have to custom make it with excel and manually put in the onset and offset of the behavior?

This has to be manually done. there are software that can help you with it. we used the VIA annotation software (https://dl.acm.org/doi/10.1145/3343031.3350535)
