More robust PWM module configuration #68

Remove configuration of PWM module via not always reliable sysfs interface. Instead, configure PWM module and clocks using PRU and devicetree.

remove any PWM configuration from user space programs via sysfs interface
review and clean up PWM configuration using the PRU
configure PWM module clocks to be always active using devicetree overlay
disable PWM sysfs exports to not being able to re-configure PWM from user space
