The implementation defines the language, yet you do not have implementations for it yet. You may want to post your implementation of your language first before you submit it here.

Also, your language is not "MyLang"...

Thanks for clarifying the issue with the pull request name, Btup. However, a language is not defined by its implementation. If that were true, then every time a new esolang is implemented differently, the language would change with it. This is obviously not how a language works. Also, I don't need an implementation to add Gulp to this list. There are several languages that aren't implemented that are already on this list.
