In WorkPerformance.xsd, Add WorkResponse to Transactions Elements and Transaction Types to align with updated 950004 #100

Background WorkPerformance.xsd Work Response is a first order object in the Work Performance Model in 950004. B2MML does not have WorkResponseType represented in Global Elements, Transaction Elements, and Transaction Types.
