Update WorkDefinitionType to align with updated 950004 #39

Background Align complexType name = "WorkDefintionType" in WorkDefinition.xsd to align with updated 950004 Work Definition Model.

Supporting Document ISA-950004 JWG5 CDV01 version (2019 12) Clause 6.4 Work definition,

Impacted Types and Solution B2MML-WorkDefinition.xsd

Align with updated 950004 Table 24 – Work definition relationship roles. Elements moved to WorkMasterType. DELETE: element name = "OperationsDefinitionID"
DELETE: element name = "OperationsSegmentID" DELETE: element name = "ProcessSegmentID" DELETE: element name = "WorkflowSpecification"

Align with updated 950004 Table 25 – Work definition attributes (common in work master and work directive) CHANGE: #61 element name = "Parameter" TO: "ParameterSpecification"
