Update WorkMasterType in WorkDefinition.xsd to align with updated 950004 #40

Background Align complexType name = "WorkMasterType" in WorkDefinition.xsd with updated 950004 Work Definition Model.

JobOrderSourceID is added to WorkMasterType but not documented why. @CharlieG021163
