Update WorkMasterType in WorkDefinition.xsd to align with updated 950004 #40

Background Align complexType name = "WorkMasterType" in WorkDefinition.xsd with updated 950004 Work Definition Model.

Supporting Document ISA-950004 JWG5 CDV01 version (2019 12) Clause 6.5 Work master relationship roles and attributes, Table 26 – Work master relationship roles

ADD: element name = "OperationsDefinitionID" type = "IdentifierType" minOccurs = "0" maxOccurs = "unbounded"/> ADD: element name = "OperationsSegmentID" type = "IdentifierType" minOccurs = "0" maxOccurs = "unbounded"/> ADD: element name = "ProcessSegmentID" type = "IdentifierType" minOccurs = "0" maxOccurs = "unbounded"/> ADD: element name = "WorkflowSpecification" type = "WorkflowSpecificationType" minOccurs = "0"/> (0..1: CHANGE from minOccurs = "0" maxOccurs = "unbounded"/>) ADD: #35 element name = "DefinitionType" CHANGE: #12 element name = "WorkMaster" TO "WorkMasterChild" to align with Part 4 Work Master relationship table. JobOrderSourceID is added to WorkMasterType but not documented why. @CharlieG021163

Changes approved to 950004 approved by ISA-95 and JWG5 Committee at Oct 2019 Meeting. Submit Issue to MESA.
