Delete element name = "UsesPropertiesOfOperationsEventDefinitionID" from OperationsEventDefinitionType in OperationsEvent.xsd to align with updated 950002 #86

Background In the Operations Event Model in updated 950002, there is no "includes properties of" relationship on the Operations Event Definition object.

Solution complexType name = "OperationsEventDefinitionType"> to align with update 950002, Operations Event Model DELETE:
