Background: B2MML WorkCalendar.xsd, WorkCalendarType is missing the WorkCalendarProperty element to support"maps to" relationships to work calendar definition property to align with Work Calendar Model in 950004

Solution: ERDi, MESA: complexType name = "WorkCalendarType" ADD:

Supporting Document ISA-950004 JWG5 CDV01 version (2019 12) Clause 13.6 Work calendar, Table 96 – Work calendar relationship roles

Impacted Types B2MML-WorkCalendar.xsd
