deposit support for multiple languages #104

Would be nice to support multiple language codes. (e.g. When uploading a dataset about Middle Dutch with a describing document and source code in English)

Currently the language code is for entire dataset, i.e. there is no direct linkage between file and language code. To me there are two possible solutions/ways to go:

  1. It shouldn't be hard to change the language code to multiple-select for entire dataset, but that would still not show/provide/link the language code for/to a specific file.
  2. If it should be possible to add a language code per file it would require that the deposit page be changed as well as the records page's file and metadata parts be changed.
