Multi-file download #404

When multiple files are uploaded as one record, It's a struggle to download them again via the records page. Every single file needs to be selected, which can be cumbersome with large sums of files. A sample is listed below. screen shot 2014-09-18 at 15 29 55

I suppose we can solve this by auto selecting all download buttons in sequence or create an archive of the files, and let the user download the archive.

Moreover, from an uploading perspective, perhaps we need to limit the amount of files per record, or force multi-upload with an archive only.

Good feature, and can be unified with the archiving package already used by Martin to export records to B2SAFE.
