Single proxy to load balance multiple instances #102

The idea for the Seadata.net project is to have a single domain with a proxy instance which is load balanced and redirect with the simple possible mechanism, e.g. geographical position of the request towards the nearest EUDAT centre.

This could be created as a set of replicated containers in the rancher environment. A few questions that come to mind:

Which data-centre should be in charge of this instance?
What problems could occur to clients with redirection/forwarding of requests?
