Research question "What are the applied outputs (patents, software projects, products, clinical trials and vaccines) generated by EU funded projects and institutions?" is broken down into the following indicators:

This could be broken down into:

• [ ] Build a network of Covid19-related publications and other research outputs from CORDIS, CORD (and maybe OPENAIRE) -- [ ] Download OPENAIRE data -- [ ] Parse OPENAIRE data into network
• [ ] Find linked projects from CORDIS
• [ ] Run network measures on them to see which CORDIS projects created bigger, more connected communities with more citations, actors and outputs
• [ ] Transform into CSV as indicated here. -- Indicator name = Knowledge flow degree -- Indicator value = project centrality value (based on the number of research outputs of a project and their reach/citations). -- Indicator month/year = project duration (continuous time needs to be assigned) -- Indicator NUTS = based on PI's country AND/OR participant countries
