Estimate as accurate as possible the needs for space allocation and requirements for operations on the EWC (capacity & quality) by the end of January. Include which side of the system (ECMWF or EUMETSAT) is preferable and potential needs for duplicating the system on both sides ref. Roope's view (slack msg): EWC gateway should be available at both ECMWF and EUMETSAT side with the same data to ensure sufficient availability (and it should work without single point of failure or at least via cache APIKEYs/tokens /other information coming from single point). Deadline based on publication of JOINT document, set by cross-RODEO and EUMETNET request.
