Basically a system that allows users to do advanced searches/queries.

Players x in alliance y in year zzzz vs all players in corporation q where they were flying in Ravens with no ballistic control units fitted.

That sort of thing

Could maybe be extended to being the API aswell, would allow the API to be much more powerfull than it is today.
