Include mods with a settings page in asmin menu like auto_settings

I would like to see a link to a mod's settings page appear at the bottom of
the admin menu as it does for a mod with an auto_settings page.

What steps would use of your enhancement involve?
1. Alter the part of EDK that generates this menu to include mods with a
settings.php as well as those with auto_settings.php

Please provide any additional information below.
Sorry, I can't find where/how this part of the admin menu is generated.

I like that the settings pages for active mods are available directly from
the admin menu. However, I find auto_settings quite restrictive in that I
can't use it to generate my own page. (let me know if there is a way that I
am missing).

I am currently working on a mod that needs to generate its own settings
page, but I would still like it to be accessable through the admin menu.

Is this a change that could be made for 3.1?

It seems a bit unnecessary really. All settings pages are accessible from the 
Modules
page, and the menu is really only designed for mods using the auto_settings 
mechanism.

If you've got suggestions for additions to the fields available via the 
auto_settings
mechanism then post them here and we'll see what can be done.

This is not a priority since mods do have their own custom settings page, one 
menu 
down. I'm marking this as won't fix but it will probably be revisited when a 
redesign 
of the admin page eventually happens.
