Clear API log #113

Under the API mod, one can view the log table from all previous API
fetches.  This log can grow quite large when an alliance has 30+ API feeds
to fetch.

There is no mechanism for clearing this log from the Admin menu system. 
I'd like to see a Clear Log button added.

I noticed this too when i was backing up the database for the update to the new 
EVE 
patch. 10min latter the backup was done.
