2 Issues with the Battle Summary (Related Kills)

1) Battle Summary is broken when trying to view killmail below:

ErrorLog Entry:
[Fri May 28 15:55:06 2010] [error] [client 192.168.1.1] PHP Fatal error:  
Call to a member function getID() on a non-object in 
C:\\xxxxx\\killboard\\common\\includes\\class.killlist.php on line 626,

2) Battle Summary flips the enemy and friendly report. The kills show as 
losses for our side. Please see below:

What version of the board are you using? e.g. 3.0.5 or 3.1 revision 644

What version of PHP and MySQL does the board run on?
