Pods on battle summary should be linked to the pod kill/loss #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?

The pod image on the battle summary, when it appears on a line with the 
associated ship loss, 
should be linked to the pod kill. Currently it is unlinked. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.1 trunk
Problem also exists in 2.0.x

There is an admin option to select between the unlinked pod image and a link to 
the pod 
kill.

I may remove the option and use a linked image. However, related kills has 
larger 
problems with summarising a battle so if a better compromise is found it may 
change 
completely anyway.

I've thrown in a fix for this, and also fixed that the pod image will actually 
show again.

I definetly agree that the battle summaries needs to be revised, as I did see 
some weird and wonderful combinations of friends and foe. But that's a seperate 
issue entirely. :)
