DB Update 1.0.1 script contains errors. #73

DB update 1.0.1 contains '--Ships' but a comment requires a whitespace after 
the --.

There are also blank lines that escape the empty($line) check in runQueries() 
and can also produce an error. empty(trim($line)) is enough to fix these.
