Better Revision Tracking on the Killboard About page #82

What is the enhancement you would like to see?

Would like to see revisions update when code is changed, even when you use a 
SVN software to update the code.  

What steps would use of your enhancement involve?

1.figure a way to dynamicly change the revision number in the about page to 
properly reflect changes to the code base. Current system only updates the 
revision when using the update Dir to update database and codebase.  

Please provide any additional information below.

I've changed the display of the version information so that if there is no svn 
revision recorded in the file the board does not try to display it. This is 
appropriate for the stable releases as they instead rely on the 3.0.0, 3.0.1 
version 
naming.

I have no practical way to update the revision number but if I ever do, I will 
add 
it in as it's occasionally convenient for development.

Marking as wontfix but it's more of a willfix maybe if a way is found that's 
practical.
