Old comments are shown inappropriately #93

Repro:
1. Find some mail with old comment composed of non-latin symbols

Observed:
Names and text are garbled (showing plain UTF code without conversion to proper 
symbols

Expected:
Non-lating names and comments should be decoded and shown properly.

Note:

2 first comments are example of raw utf code:

eve-kill has modified the code and the database slightly. (Or if you believe 
their 
about page, are solely responsible for all the code.) You'll need to speak to 
them 
about the problem. Standard EDK does use utf8 all along the way. I can't 
reproduce your 
error on a standard EDK installation. If you can find an example of this 
happening on a 
non-eve-kill installation of EDK then I'll reopen this.
