Right now there are two buttons that allow to fetch prices from EveCentral and 
EveMetrics on all items, overriding old value.

There should be functionality that allows to fetch prices from EveCentral and 
EveMetrics on per-item basis and not overriding old value (small popup showing 
price and asking to override or discard).
