Confirm dialog on "acknowledge all" and change on Orders view

I've always had a problem in that if I accidentally clear an alert the odds
are pretty good I will never figure out what it was.  

The "Expired/Filled Acknowledged" orders view displays the original date of
the order instead of the date of the alert.  This means that if I
accidentally acknowledge an alert it disappears somewhere into my list of
6000 other acknowledged alerts.

So tonight I accidentally clicked "acknowledge all" and lost about 4 alerts
at once, it will take me quite some time to figure out what they were. 
Could I get a confirmation dialog added for this button?

I'd also really like a column in the "Expired/Filled Acknowledged" orders
view that shows when the alert was generated, if at all possible.
