What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. deletion and reinstallation of program has same results
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
program execution - Just-in-time debugging option window

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
downloaded EMMA_v1.3.0.3 - windows xp pro version 2002 w SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the program working fine on a different computer but when I attempt 
to run it on a newer computer (AMD Athlon(tm)64 X2 dual Core 6000+ 
@3.01Ghz 3.00GB RAM...attached is an image of what I get when I attempt to 
run EMMA...

removed malfunctioning software after I saw a newer version on this site, 
installed 
and problem is resolved.
