EMMA cannot get to internet when behind proxy server

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be behind a proxy
2. Run EMMA
3. Get connection errors.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected success when starting/updating.  Instead receive messages relating to 
being unable to connect to items on internet that get updated, etc.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.5.1.0

Please provide any additional information below.

Suggest have EMMA use IE proxy if present, or allow to set one.

I don't know how to resolve this hence it still hasn't been done. However, 
there was someone who told me they had added proxy support. I asked for the 
code but they never got back in contact with me.

Consider it on my to do list.
