Extensive Vista install testing and resolution of ongoing Vista usage 
issues Also: Non-admin Vista users will have problems. Best way to solve 
this is to move all database and logging files to a user directory rather 
than having them in program files. Also: Graphics issues on Vista when 
Aero style is enabled

This bug is due to Vista's MDI interface being bugged/broken when using
Aero - window boundaries are reported wrong, docking does not always work
properly etc.
Especially for the issues in the report window (scrollbar partially hidden)
I could not find a predictable workaround.
