Make all translations 1.6 compliant #11

What needs to be done?
Refactor all translation strings and make them compliant to Joomla 1.6
standard:
1. [A-Z_] characters in key values only
2. All strings must have Com_Component_... prefix
3. Language files must be able to be parsed by parse_ini_file function
