Several new install errors... #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install com-eve
2. install eve-charactersheet
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
The .xml reference to /assets folder needs to be deleted to match the changes
The #_eve_roles  needs to clean up on an uninstall, as a reinstall introduces 
duplicate keys errors.
There is a typo that misreferences the /media/css/contextmenu.css file and 
instead errors out 
with the contextmenuc ccp-css.css file (or similar).
