Alliance list will not move past the first sheet.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Components---->Eve----->Alliances
2. try and display the next page of alliances.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The next page of alliances is expected.  Instead no page is displayed, instead 
it jumps back to the 
same screen as if you had chosen Components---->Eve---->Eve.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Joomla 1.5.14, latest version of Joomla! in Eve as of 08-08-09
