char/CharacterSheet does not register properly #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to administration -> eve -> accounts -> new account
2. enter userID/apiKey
3. save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
in administration -> eve -> schedule should be registered new api calls
account/Characters - for new account
char/CharacterSheet - for each new character

but char/CharacterSheet is missing

I've gone through whole installation problem (wanted to make a tutorial
with pictures) and I've found the problem. char/CharacterSheet api call
does not schedule properly, when you add new account. 

Quick and dirty workaround: import character sheets manually through
Administrator -> EVE -> Characters -> (select characters) -> click
Character Sheet

I guess I should have mentioned earlier. There is hotfix in downloads for this 
issue.
