Joomla in EVE not displaying Character sheet skills #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Using Joomla 1.5 latest version and Installed JIE files from Joomlas backend.
2.Using JIE latest cron and eve files supplied by Joomla in EVE
3.Imported all Tyrannis data dump EVE files to database
4.Clicked on characters>character sheet and it said character sheet imported.
5.Clicked Account Characters and successfully imported those files.
6.Cron was the first thing I activated and ran.
7.All I see is the topics for skills and certificates and other character sheet 
headings but it says 0 skills in this category for each skill category.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be seeing the skill sheets for characters I select within the 
registered members registered to my website.

Can you provide path and query segment URL of faulty page?
example: /index.php?option=com_eve&view=character&characterID=111111111:Cha
racter&Itemid=1 or
/alliance/c/222222222-Corporation/c/111111111-Character.html

What version of the product are you using? Please provide version of core
component (com_eve) and faulty component (com_...).
I have the latest release of Joomla in EVE files and the latest Joomla 1.5 
version and latest EVE data dump.

Would you care to create an account with back-end access to your site? I think 
it would be easier for me to figure out what's wrong than playing 20 questions 
and answers.

Eveapi plugins were disabled. These are the ones that actually store data to 
database. I've enabled them all but market orders (broken).

Also I've reset owner corporation (turned option off and on) to add corporation 
related apicalls. Dunno if it's something you wanted, so if you want to disable 
them, you can use Schedule tab.

I am still not seeing the skills and yes all the plugins are enabled. I 
imported all the character sheets and still 0 skills show.

You were correct, the problem was that the inv_Types table was corrupt and all 
I needed to do was download it again from 
http://eve.no-ip.de/tyr10/tyr10-mysql5-sql-v1/ then import it to my database.

- check plugins
- make sure database dump is OK
