Invalid Argument supplied error on Char Sheet Page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create menu linking to character sheet -> user layout
2. Go to link
3. Character sheet loads, but has an error at the top.  Also most of the data 
is limited.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Also, there is very little data below.  All the fields are there, and my 
balance, corp, etc is there.  However attributes settings are null, but the 
fields are there, but no data is included.

What version of the product are you using? Latest (downloaded an hour ago on 
the 16th)

skills and certificates are there?

skills shows start and end date, but no data beyond that, and the certificates 
header is there, no certificates, and nothing happens when I hit expand.
