Not showing character image

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. opening character sheet shows all the skills and certificates but not the 
character image. Some of the character images show but not from new subscribers 
for some reason.

You recently solved my issue with the character sheet not showing the skills by 
importing the invTypes again. Thanks for that.

I have just tried importing these files to see if that helps but made no 
difference, still cannot see the new users character images:
invGroups; chrAttributes; crtCertificates; crtCategories; crtClasses; 
dgmAttributTypes; dgmTypeAttributes; staStations.

What version of the product are you using? Please provide version of core
component (com_eve) and faulty component (com_...). Using all the latest 
versions of your JIE and Joomla 1.5 latest version.

JIE uses images from EVE Gate (https://gate.eveonline.com/). I assume it takes 
some time to generate the picture. Unfortunately, this is something beyond my 
reach. So, please have a patience and tell your corp-mates to wait a little.

wouldn't it be easier to look for the images locally from the members 
ccp/character/portrait/ and have them upload the avatar, i know its one extra 
step to the AUTO feed you have setup but it does guarantee the image to be 
there at all times.

just a thought
